NEA Big Read Event! Butchering Demonstration

About This Event

This Butchering Demo, led by Anna Borgman, will teach participants how to cleanly and efficiently field dress an animal for further butchering. We will skin and eviscerate the animal, discussing along the way how to save and use the hide, organs, bones and meat.
